  14. I.     SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

  16.         No hard disk space is required.

  18.     Macintosh:  68030+ Macintosh (256 Colors  
  19.     Recommended), System 7+, CD-ROM Drive (Double  
  20.     Speed Recommended), 8 MB RAM.

  23. II.      INSTALLATION:

  25. No hard disk installation is required.

  27. To run your PowerCD program:

  29. Insert the PowerCD disc into your CD-ROM drive  
  30. and click on the PowerCD icon.

  32. III.         SOFTWARE CONFICTS:

  34. Now menus is known to cause problems with PowerCD.  If you have Now menus installed and are experiencing problems with PowerCD,  remove Now menus from your system extensions and then restart your system.

  91. Publisher warrants that the medium upon which the Software is 
  92. provided by Publisher to the User shall be free from defects in 
  93. material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from 
  94. the date of the User's receipt thereof. DISCLAIMER.  EXCEPT AS 
  95. EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS 
  96. IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
  97. IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES 
  98. OF PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A 
  99. PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  USER BEARS ALL RISK RELATING TO 
  100. QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.  
  101. The performance of the Software varies with the various manufacturers'
  102. equipment with which it is used. Publisher does not warrant that the 
  103. Software or the functions contained in the Software will meet the User's 
  104. requirements, operate without interruption, or be error free.  
  105. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.  User's exclusive remedy for breach by 
  106. Zane Publishing Publishing of its limited warranty shall be replacement of any 
  107. defective medium upon its return to Publisher within the warranty 
  108. period (evidence of purchase and product registration required), or, if Publisher
  109. is unable to provide a replacement that is free of defect, refund of the 
  110. license fee paid by the User with respect to such medium (refunds to be 
  111. processed through the venue the Software was purchased).  In no 
  112. event will Publisher be liable for any lost profits or other damages, 
  113. including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or any other 
  114. type of damages, arising out of this Agreement or the use or inability to 
  115. use the Software licensed hereunder, even if Publisher has been 
  116. advised of the possibility of such damages.
